Job summary

Blessing Health is seeking a friendly, patient-focused receptionist to represent the organization in a courteous and efficient manner. This role will maintain patient accounts, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, handle mail, and maintain the reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.

This position supports Blessing Coporate Services' mission and core values while aligning with the performance improvement goals. The job is non-exempt hourly and onsite in Quincy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Two years in a physician office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient account information and records.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage calendar.
• Collect co-pays and process mail.
• Maintain reception area and welcome visitors.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for representing the organization in a courteous and efficient manner by demonstrating professional conduct and a positive attitude. This position will maintain patient account information, schedule patient appointments, collect co-pays, process mail, and maintain reception area.

Education/Training/Experience
