Job summary

The Veterans Health Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, seeks a Program Analyst - Clinic Profile Manager in Texas (Harlingen, Corpus Christi, or McAllen). The role provides high-level support for provider profile management, scheduling grids, and workload capture to support VER A, MCA, and revenue management.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm; telework may be authorized on an ad-hoc basis. This position is open under Fed Transition with relocation not authorized.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical/provider profiles and scheduling grids.
• Capture outpatient workload for VER A, MCA, and Financial Revenue Management.
• Oversee clinic profile setup, maintenance, and related outputs.
• Lead analytics to monitor clinic performance against national/local measures.
• Develop training programs for staff on clinic profile management.
