**Responsibilities**
+ Supervise and manage all business office functions, including patient reception, cashiering, appointments, medical records, and financial operations.
+ Maintain an organized and accurate medical records system.
+ Coordinate payroll and assist with budget preparation.
+ Serve as a liaison between the business office, other departments, and the medical staff.
+ Address patient complaints and resolve issues requiring management intervention.
+ Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to business office operations and financial resources.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of Management/Leadership experience required.
+ Six years of medical group practice management experience preferred.
+ Previous managerial experience preferred.
+ Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

**Pay Range**
$30.47 - $44.19 /hour
