Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, is hiring a Pharmacy Technician - Clinic Pharmacy Liaison to work on-site at a partner clinic in White Cloud, MI. You will coordinate between Genoa pharmacy teams, clinic staff, and patients to promote timely access to medications and an excellent patient experience.

The role covers prescription routing, prior authorizations, adherence outreach, and enrollment into Genoa services, with HIPAA compliance and state-regulated practices guiding daily

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Active Pharmacy Technician License in Michigan.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to Stanton location.
• Access to reliable transportation with a valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an on-site pharmacy resource within the partner clinic.
• Build relationships with clinic staff, providers and pharmacy teams.
• Support prescription routing and prior authorizations.
• Monitor prescription status and resolve delays.
• Recruit and enroll patients into Genoa services.
• Coordinate medication delivery where permitted by state regulations.
