Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, is seeking a Clinic Pharmacy Liaison (Medication Access Coordinator) to work on-site within a partner clinic. You will coordinate between Genoa pharmacy teams and clinic staff to ensure timely access to medications and deliver an excellent patient experience.

Responsibilities include facilitating prescription routing, outreach to enroll patients, supporting prior authorizations, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records while improving workflow with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Active Pharmacy Technician License in state of residence (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow processes.
• Access to reliable transportation (if travel is required).

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site pharmacy resource within partner clinic.
• Build relationships with clinic staff, providers, and pharmacy teams.
• Support prescription routing and prior authorizations.
• Monitor prescription status and resolve delays.
• Recruit and enroll patients into Genoa services.
• Conduct adherence outreach and manage refills.
• Coordinate medication delivery as required and where permitted by state regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and insurance information.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulations.
• Identify workflow gaps and support process improvements.
