PT Northwest Physical Therapy in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Full Time Patient Care Coordinator to support clinic growth and patient intake processes. This role works with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient front office operations and excellent patient service.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling referrals and visits, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and maintaining a welcoming clinic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitaskand meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management and presentation skills as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Schedule referrals and patient visits.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients.
• Collect patient payments and maintain front desk cash.
• Maintain organized front office and handle non-clinical tasks.
• Support clinic growth in collaboration with the Clinic Director.
