Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Communication skills - relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, meet deadlines, work with little supervision
• As a team member, possess efficient time management and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and welcome calls.
• Monitor and influence arrival rate through a great patient experience.
• Manage schedule efficiently and non-clinical documentation.
• Manage deposits and caseload, progress notes, and insurance reporting.
• Attend required trainings and quarterly compliance sessions.
