Drayer Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, seeks a Patient Care Coordinator in Lexington, SC to support clinic growth through efficient patient intake and practice management. The PCC-I collaborates with the Clinic Director to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming patient experience.

The role emphasizes accurate insurance verification, data entry, collections, and coordination of non-clinical tasks to maintain a well-functioning front office.

Qualifications

• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service
• Convert referrals into evaluations
• Schedule patient visits
• Customer Service
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere
• Make all welcome calls; Monitor and influence arrival rate through great customer experience
• Manage schedule efficiently and handle non-clinical documentation
• Manage deposits and patient records; monitor caseload and insurance reporting
• Oversee clinic inventory and participate in required training and compliance
