Job summary

Drayer Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Lexington, SC clinic. The PCC-I will support clinic growth by executing patient intake processes and coordinating front-office operations in collaboration with the Clinic Director.

This full-time role emphasizes excellent customer service, accurate billing, and efficient scheduling to ensure a smooth patient experience within Upstream Rehabilitation’s network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, maintain organization, meet deadlines and work with little supervision.
• As a team member, demonstrate efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide customer service and front-desk support.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and improve arrival rate.
• Manage schedule and document routing.
• Handle deposits and non-clinical paperwork.
• Monitor inventory and insurance reporting.
• Attend required training and quarterly compliance training.
