Strive Pharmacy, a personalized compounding pharmacy in Colorado, seeks a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to nurture customer relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention. You will be the liaison between clients and internal teams, focusing on service delivery and operational efficiency within an onsite setting.

Responsibilities include monitoring orders, addressing clinic issues, and collaborating with Sales to communicate trends.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacy technician license in the state of employment.
• National certification (PTCB/ExCPT) or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Excellent customer service with patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams to meet needs and goals.
• Monitor order flow and proactively communicate issues to clinics and patients.
• Gather client feedback and implement service improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clinic stakeholders and primary point of contact for assigned clinics.
• Handle multiple communication channels (Slack, HubSpot) to ensure timely responses.
