Job summary

BayMark Health Services is seeking an accountable Treatment Center Director/Program Director to lead the OTP clinic operations, supervise a diverse team of nurses, counselors and staff, and ensure regulatory compliance and quality patient care.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting experience, and the ability to drive census growth while maintaining performance targets across federal and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Experience as administrator of a clinical program.
• Understanding of HIPAA, Federal, State & CARF/JCAHO standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate the OTP clinic and oversee its performance and budgets.
• Lead recruitment, training and development of clinic staff.
• Provide direction and cascade corporate goals to field personnel.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Compliance to ensure quality patient care and regulatory adherence.
• Develop and monitor KPIs; drive census growth and operational efficiency.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement improvements.
