Job summary

BayMark Health Services is seeking an experienced Treatment Center Director/Program Director to lead our Opiate Treatment Program in a fast-paced outpatient clinic. You will oversee a diverse team of nurses, counselors and staff, ensuring daily operations and program performance align with regulatory and quality standards.

Responsibilities include budgeting, hiring and training, performance management, and reporting on KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Experience managing clinical program operations.
• Understanding of HIPAA, CARF/JCAHO standards and regulations.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the OTP clinic to meet budgeted results.
• Interview, hire, train clinic staff and supervise personnel.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA.
• Develop reports on performance indicators and improve census.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and QA/QI activities.
