Job summary

Mittleman Eye Center Pa is seeking a reliable, organized professional to join the clinic administration team in West Palm Beach. You will coordinate schedules, approve timecards and PTO, and map out staff development plans working closely with clinic supervisors and managers.

You will design and manage training projects, ensure training data is captured in Paycom and other systems, and collaborate with leaders to implement ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or management with 2 years in a medical setting.
• In lieu of a degree, 3 years of experience in a busy environment with training/certifications.
• Training/education background with 4 years in a busy environment will be considered.
• Tech savy and MS Office proficiency.
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design and LMS/web delivery tools.
• Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, evaluate).
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods; experience with e-learning platforms.
• Experience with practices employing 40+ staff.

Responsibilities

• Report to CBO/CEO and manage clinic scheduling.
• Approve PTOs and adjust clinic coverage.
• Review and approve staff timecards and overtime.
• Monitor daily clinic operations and staffing needs.
• Collaborate with training supervisor on training requirements.
• Design, develop and manage training projects in Paycom and other systems.
• Lead training and cross-training with department leaders.
• Provide regular feedback on performance and development.
• Assist training supervisor with weekly/monthly training reports.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
