Baylor Scott & White Health seeks a Nursing Service Administration leader to plan, steer, and coordinate daily tasks within the nursing services. You will develop policies and procedures to achieve department priorities, ensuring patient-centered care and regulatory compliance.

The role requires guiding a team, applying Lean methods to improve practice, and participating in staffing and budget planning to support quality patient care across our Texas network.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• RN license required.
• BLS/ACLS accreditation or ability to acquire within 30 days.

Responsabilités

• Plan, steer, and coordinate daily tasks in nursing service administration.
• Create policies and procedures to achieve department priorities.
• Manage and oversee daily operations with emphasis on patient-centered care.
• Guide and teach team; ensure regulatory compliance.
