Job summary

Preferred candidates have 2+ years in Family Medicine and administrative roles, plus EPIC and supervisory experience. Strong communication and leadership are essential for teamwork and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Family Medicine setting preferred.
• 2+ years of administrative experience preferred.
• EPIC experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to train and evaluate supervised staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision and leadership for 5 to 10 FTEs.
• Organizes work to ensure continuity of service and patient satisfaction.
• Oversees appointment scheduling, billing, patient throughput, and facilities management.
• Maintains compliance with policies, procedures, and standards.
• Interacts with leadership and departments to address patient concerns and resolution.
