Providence Medical Group Southeast Washington is seeking a Supervisor to provide operational and management support across clinics, staff and patient services under the direction of the Manager. This role emphasizes teamwork and alignment with the Providence mission and values to deliver patient-centered care.

The preferred candidate will have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related fields and at least 3 years’ medical office experience, including prior supervisory or lead

Qualifications

• 3 years Medical office experience with supervision or lead experience.
• Experience with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and management support to PMG providers, staff and patients.
• Promote team concept and Providence mission and values.
• Collaborate under the direction of the assigned Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

Education

Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
