Job summary

Niobrara Community Hospital's Rawhide Rural Health Clinic is seeking a RRHC Supervisor to oversee daily clinic operations, supervise clinical and front-desk staff, manage schedules, and ensure smooth patient flow.

You will collaborate with the CEO, CNO, and facility directors to align clinic policies with hospital goals, participate in budgeting, hiring, training, and compliance initiatives, and may also serve as Clinic Registration Receptionist when needed.

Qualifications

• Must have two years of supervisory experience in a health care setting.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred in business or health technologies.
• Excellent communication and staff coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Rawhide Rural Health Clinic and front desk registration.
• Manage staff schedules, hours, and duty assignments.
• Assist CEO with budgeting, equipment recommendations, and compliance costs.
• Coordinate with outreach and specialty clinics to expand services.
• Report department outcomes and support quality initiatives.
