The Site Coordinator will oversee front office leadership, staff scheduling and events, and help ensure a positive, respectful rural health environment across Howard, De Smet, Huron. The organization emphasizes teamwork and community health impact.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate clinic change while supporting the organizational message and keeping staff motivated in a positive work environment.
• Be the leader for the front office teams, modeling the mission, vision, and values, and upholding policies and procedures.
• Assist the Regional Manager with organizing functions within the clinic, including scheduling, onboarding, training, events, and equipment maintenance.
