Responsibilities

• Schedule patients using the department's scheduling system.
• Register patients online or in person with courteous service.
• Collect and verify demographic and insurance information; ensure accuracy.
• Explain insurance and payment requirements to families; discuss co-pays.
• Assist with billing preparation and charting per department policy.
• Support reception and office operations to maintain smooth clinic flow.
