Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate accuracy of scheduling patients using the department's scheduling system.
• Complete online registration with parent/guardian in professional manner.
• Collect demographic and insurance information and update systems.
• Reschedule appointments for no-shows and cancellations; schedule follow-ups at checkout.
• Greet patients and parents courteously; ensure correct system entry per policy.
• Obtain required consents and distribute HIPAA/Patient Rights materials.
