Responsibilities

• Schedule patients and register them accurately in the system.
• Verify insurance information and obtain authorizations as needed.
• Collect co-pays and deposits; assist with billing as required.
• Provide courteous patient and family interactions in clinic operations.
• Support office tasks and maintain organized records.
• Float between clinics as needed for coverage.
