Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Clinic Coordinator to support day‑to‑day operations, scheduling, staffing, and HR/clinical collaboration in Chandler, AZ. The role acts as a liaison between administrative and clinical staff and ensures accurate case staffing and documentation.

The Clinic Coordinator will handle records, reporting, and process consistency while supporting growth and client services in a fast‑paced center environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience in business operations, staff scheduling, and customer acquisition.
• Professional conduct and confidentiality are essential.
• Strong communication and staff management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day center operations and staff/services.
• Responsible for scheduling, recruitment, and customer service.
• Supports HR, Operations, and Clinical departments as liaison.
• Maintains master schedule and staffing aligned with insurer hours.
