Qualificações

• Five years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
• Experience with medical billing and coding in a medical group office (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation (required).
• HMO experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of patient services across the facility.
• Establish procedures, prepare staff schedules, and optimize workflow.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of healthcare professionals.
• Serve as liaison between medical providers, staff, and patients.
• Monitor resources, including supplies, equipment, and budgets.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and safety training.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and OSHA requirements.
• Resolve conflicts and act as information resource for staff and patients.
