Job summary

Akido Labs, Inc. is seeking a Clinic Site Manager in California to coordinate patient services, lead a healthcare team, and ensure regulatory compliance across departments.

The role focuses on operational efficiency, staff development, and delivering high‑quality patient care. You will manage schedules, budgets, and resources, act as liaison between providers, staff, and patients, and drive safety training and inspections to uphold OSHA and healthcare standards.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
• Five years of medical group office experience including insurance billing and coding (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Some college education (preferred).
• HMO experience (preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills (required).
• Proficiency in medical office operations and healthcare regulations (required).
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation (required).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of patient services throughout the facility, ensuring exceptional care delivery
• Establish work procedures, prepare staff schedules, and optimize departmental workflow
• Lead, train, and develop a team of healthcare professionals, including providing ongoing performance feedback
• Act as the primary liaison between medical providers, staff, and patients
• Monitor and manage facility resources, including supplies, equipment, and budgets
• Conduct regular staff meetings and ensure quarterly safety training compliance
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, including site inspections and OSHA requirements
• Resolve conflicts and serve as an information resource for staff and patients

The Clinic Site Manager reports directly to the Director and plays a pivotal role in coordinating all patient services throughout the medical facility. This position is crucial for maintaining the highest standards of patient care while ensuring operational efficiency across departments. Salary range

$70,304 - $79,358 USD
