McLaren Health Care is seeking a Manager Clinic Operations II for the Macomb Market Cardio Clinics. This role coordinates patient care, business and fiscal policies across satellite locations and oversees a large staff and physician network in a fast-paced setting.

You will develop departmental goals, implement policies, manage budgets over $3 million, and ensure compliance with QA, infection control, and operational standards to sustain efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a medical setting.
• High school diploma required.
• Previous operations experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Insurable under McLaren’s insurance program.
• Associates or bachelor's degree preferred in business or health related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff across satellite locations and ensure effective clinic operations.
• Develop department goals and implement policies and procedures for operation.
• Develop operating budget and ensure department stays within a >$3.0 million budget.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance, infection control, and related policies.
• Maximize staff productivity through proper assignments and cross-training of team leaders.
