• Coordinate, organize and implement policies for assigned clinics and satellites.
• Select, train, orient and assign department staff.
• Enforce performance standards and initiate personnel actions.
• Supervise daily duties for accurate patient registration, insurance verification and time-of-service collections.
• Develop department goals and enforce policies for clinical and revenue cycle functions, QA, environment and infection control.
• Recommend department operating budget and ensure operations stay within budget.
