Job summary

Rhode Island Primary Care Physicians Corporation is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to supervise a single clinic location. You will oversee front and back-office operations, ensure HIPAA compliance, manage staff, and coordinate workflows to deliver high-quality patient care.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting, a US work authorization, and strong leadership, communication, and data skills. Occasional travel to RI HQ may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory/practice management experience in a clinical setting.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication with staff, physicians, patients, and external partners.
• Familiarity with value-based care programs including BCBSRI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and scheduling operations to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Coordinate medical records, billing, and insurance verification with compliance.
• Manage staff scheduling, evaluations, and professional development.
• Optimize clinic workflows and vendor relationships for efficiency.
• Promote patient access and satisfaction, addressing complaints and feedback.
• Monitor budgets, petty cash, payroll for admin staff, and cost controls.
• Collaborate with Quality and Performance teams on care gap closure and metrics.
• Lead training on EHR use and reporting, driving data-driven improvements.
