McLaren Health Care in Lansing is seeking a Manager Clinic Operations I to oversee clinic and satellite facility policies, patient care coordination, and the fiscal operations across the Lansing market.

You will recruit, train, and assign department staff, enforce performance standards, supervise registration, insurance verification and time-of-service collections, and help set department goals and budgets.

Competenze

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a medical setting.
• Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Current Michigan driver’s license and proof of valid automobile insurance.
• Insurable under McLaren’s insurance program.

Mansioni

• Coordinate, organize and implement policies and procedures relating to patient care, business and fiscal aspects for assigned clinics and satellite facilities.
• Select, train/orient and assign department staff (directly or through supervisors).
• Enforce standards of performance, evaluate performance, and initiate recommendations for personnel actions.
• Supervise daily duties of employees engaged in registration, insurance verification, and time of service collections.
• Develop department goals and objectives and enforce policies for clinical and revenue cycle functions, quality assurance, environmental and infection control.
