EvergreenHealth is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee the day-to-day management and profitability of multiple clinic facilities in the Kirkland/Redmond area. You will supervise physicians and staff, coordinate patient scheduling, records, billing, supply ordering, and resolve complaints to maintain service excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or clinical area.
• At least 4 years of management experience in a health care setting, preferably in a medical clinic.
• Master's degree (e.g. MBA, MHA) and Lean or Six Sigma training are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Achieves budgeted expenses and revenue for each clinic.
• Ensures compliance with policy and regulatory requirements (OSHA, Medicare, HIPAA).
• Oversees staff training on PMSI and EMR processes.
• Promotes continuous quality improvement with leadership and staff.
• Monitors CQI indicators and reports data.
