Job summary

EvergreenHealth seeks a proactive leader to manage day-to-day operations across multiple clinics, overseeing physicians and staff, patient flow, records, scheduling, and billing processes.

You will drive budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead staff training on PMSI and EMR implementations while advancing continuous quality improvement initiatives across facilities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in a health care setting, preferably in a medical clinic, and/or an advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations and profit and loss of more than one clinic facility, including physicians/staff management, patient scheduling, patient flow, medical records, patient accounting, supply ordering and complaint resolution.
• Achieves budgeted expenses on a monthly and annual basis and develops the office budgets within EvergreenHealth guidelines.
• Ensures the office and personnel are in compliance with EvergreenHealth policies and regulatory requirements (OSHA, JC, Medicare, HIPAA, etc.).
• Responsible for training staff in PMSI use and newly implemented EMR processes and procedures.
• Collaborates on developing a continuous quality improvement culture and follows through on projects from design to completion.
• Monitors CQI indicators, conducts data collection and reporting.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Wage Range: $90,958 - $145,496 per year

Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications or degrees. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.

Job Summary: Manages the day-to-day operations and profit and loss of more than one clinic facility, including physicians/staff management, patient scheduling, patient flow, medical records, patient accounting, supply ordering and complaint resolution.

Primary Duties:

• Achieves budgeted expenses on a monthly and annual basis. On an annual basis, develops the office revenue, expense and capital budgets within EvergreenHealth guidelines.
• Ensures the office and personnel are in compliance with EvergreenHealth policies. Ensures operation is in regulatory compliance with all governing agencies or bodies (OSHA, J C, Medicare, HIPAA etc). Responsible for the timeliness, accuracy and security of the patient medical record within the office.
• Responsible for ensuring training of staff in proper PMSI use and newly implemented EMR processes and procedures.
• Works in collaboration for the development of continuous quality improvement culture and follow through of projects from design through completion, learning and next steps, in conjunction with CSP, EHPC Clinical QI specialist, EHPC Clinical Informatics Specialist and others as appropriate.
• Responsible for CQI indicator monitoring, data collection and reporting.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

License, Certification, Education or Experience:

REQUIRED for the position:

• 3 years of management experience in a health care setting, preferably in a medical clinic, and/or an advanced degree
