Job summary

Community Medical Services (CMS) is seeking a Clinic Manager in Denver, Colorado to oversee daily operations of our addiction treatment clinics. You will lead and develop the patient services team, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with the Regional Operations Director on program growth.

The role requires at least two years of supervisory experience in behavioral health, with a focus on staff development, policy implementation, and patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Two+ years supervisory experience in behavioral health or health services.
• Experience hiring and training patient services staff.
• Ability to develop policies, monitor performance, and drive quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and lead the patient services team and supervisors.
• Set staffing standards based on patient care needs and workflow.
• Manage patient flow and coordinate care with Clinical Coordinator and Quality/Compliance.
• Establish KPIs for customer service and patient care standards.
• Oversee outside agency inspections and corrective action plans.
