Qualifications

• Front desk or administrative support experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and HIPAA compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Schedule sessions per protocol and manage cancellations/reschedules.
• Coordinate BI onboarding, performance, and retention.
• Oversee front desk duties and clinic environment.
• Collaborate with HR and Clinical Directors on staffing needs.
• Monitor and report center operations, space usage, and events.
• Support prescription fulfillment coordination and client engagement.
