Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in nursing, health administration, MPH or related health field.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a medical clinic setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations to ensure smooth clinic flow and high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate provider schedules and adjust for last-minute time off to meet patient visit goals.
• Oversee safety, compliance, and staff training; resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Budget planning and cost management for the clinic site; monitor expenses and revenue.
• Collaborate with Director of Clinical Operations and other departments to improve processes.
