Ultimate Staffing in the Southeast Los Angeles area seeks two experienced Clinic Managers to oversee daily operations of outpatient healthcare clinics. This leadership role manages staff, supports providers, and drives efficiency and patient satisfaction across multiple locations.

Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with clinic leadership to optimize workflows and patient care. Direct-hire position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinic or healthcare management experience.
• Clinical background preferred (MA, LVN, RN, or equivalent).
• Experience supervising healthcare staff.
• Strong understanding of outpatient healthcare operations.
• Community health, nonprofit healthcare, or FQHC experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Location: Southeast Los Angeles Area

Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 DOE

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Summary

A respected community healthcare organization is seeking two experienced Clinic Managers to oversee the daily operations of outpatient healthcare clinics.
