Job summary

CentroMed is seeking a Clinic Manager to supervise non-clinical staff at designated site locations in Minnesota. You will oversee staff scheduling, patient registration and daily operations, reporting to the Practice Administrator and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.

Responsibilities include referral coordination, staff training, insurance liaison, and maintaining high levels of customer service for patients and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with patient information and admissions including scheduling of appointments.
• Experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping preferred.
• Computer knowledge and use of calculator.
• Good clerical skills including typing 30 wpm and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals and maintain referral tracking system.
• Supervise front desk operations and coordinate clerical staff training; provide disciplinary actions when needed.
• Supervise and/or perform general administrative functions including follow-up with insurance companies, referral physicians, and patients.
• Assist patients and family as necessary with understanding insurance plan benefits and requirements.
• Collect and organize program statistics and submit statistical reports to Director of Community Clinics.
• Anticipate patient needs and assist with resolutions of complaints; support customer service training.
