Job summary

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Osceola, Missouri, is seeking a Clinic Manager for the Osceola Family Medical Center and Walk-In Clinic. This full-time role operates on days, from 8am to 5pm, and aims to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

You will implement admin directives, monitor staffing, resolve patient concerns, and handle billing duties at point of service to support clinic operations and compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: Post-secondary education in business or health-related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of healthcare experience; management preferred.
• Skills: Management, communication, teamwork, customer service.
• Licensure/Certification: RN/LPN/MA preferred; willing to learn clinical duties.

Responsibilities

• Implement administrative directives and ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
• Monitor staffing levels and manage schedules to meet operational needs.
• Investigate and resolve patient concerns/grievances.
• Process collections of deductibles, co-insurances, and non-participating payer amounts at time of service.
