Job summary

Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas, Inc. (CHC/SEK) is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily multidisciplinary operations across clinics.

You will supervise Registration staff, coordinate clinical and non-clinical workflows, and uphold CHC/SEK policies to deliver high-quality care and patient experience. The role requires staff coaching, policy implementation, and effective communication with diverse stakeholders while maintaining patient and employee safety and engagement across

Qualifications

• Degree in health care administration or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years supervisory/leadership experience.
• Must successfully pass annual Registration Clerk competency.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, manages and coordinates work schedules and assignments for multiple staff and service lines.
• Provides collaborative management of clinical and non-clinical staff with direct supervision of Registration staff.
• Supports patient experience by monitoring satisfaction and addressing complaints across service lines.
• Implements policies and procedures to ensure patient and employee safety.
• Delivers staff training and development; promotes CHC/SEK culture and engagement initiatives.
• Communicates clinic services and updates to staff; represents CHC/SEK in community events.
• Monitors facilities for cleanliness, safety and security; reports maintenance needs.
