Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare operations leadership experience in outpatient settings.
• Experience leading clinical and administrative teams.
• Experience managing clinic operations, staffing, patient flow, scheduling, and financial performance.
• Strong understanding of operational metrics and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency with EHRs and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a busy primary care practice.
• Ensure efficient patient flow, provider productivity, and operational consistency.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, coach, and retain high-performing staff.
• Champion an exceptional patient experience throughout every stage of the visit.
• Collaborate with diverse departments on technology rollouts and process improvements.
