Job summary

EPIC Health is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple clinics and service lines across the Detroit market. You will drive operational performance, develop high-performing teams, and ensure an exceptional patient experience while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of healthcare leadership, a relevant degree, and a proven ability to improve efficiency and quality across sites. This is a full-time on-site leadership position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-site ambulatory or physician practices.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, staffing, financial performance, and patient experience.
• Proficiency with EHRs, Microsoft Office, and operational reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple clinic locations and service lines.
• Drive workflow optimization, standardization, and process improvement.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, CMS, and organizational policies.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop Practice Managers and other leaders.
• Lead strategic initiatives and continuous improvement across markets.
• Collaborate with physicians, HR, Revenue Cycle, IT, and marketing.
