Job summary

Trillion Health & Hormone, located in Omaha, NE, is seeking a hands-on Clinic Manager to lead daily clinic operations in person. This full-time role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and a patient-focused approach to keep the clinic running smoothly and efficiently.

You will supervise staff, oversee scheduling and provider utilization, ensure HIPAA/compliance, and drive continuous improvement to enhance the patient experience and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where the clinic is located.
• At least three years in healthcare operations, clinic leadership, or a comparable supervisory role.
• Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and outpatient clinic operations.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, patient flow, scheduling, and provider utilization.
• Anticipate challenges, identify bottlenecks, and adjust resources to keep the day running smoothly.
• Step into clinical support or patient services responsibilities when staffing gaps or unexpected needs arise.
• Troubleshoot issues in real time and turn recurring problems into better processes.
• Coordinate the moving parts of the clinic to create a seamless, compassionate patient experience.
• Monitor clinic productivity, operational performance, and key performance indicators.
• Support budget tracking, expense management, and inventory control.
