Qualifications

• Experience in the clinic setting with strong oral and written communication skills.
• 2–5 years’ experience in a clinic leadership position (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in health care or business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to daily clinic operations and ensure patient care standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors and coordinators to implement policies and procedures.
• Lead staff meetings, rounds, and performance evaluations across clinics.
• Ensure staffing levels and operating metrics align with regulatory standards and Amberwell goals.
• Produce monthly clinic statistics reports and support cost-effective programs.
