Job summary

Community Clinic in Siloam Springs, AR is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across Primary & Specialty Care clinics. You will manage clinical and administrative staff, scheduling, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, supporting providers to improve workflow and efficiency.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, quality improvement, and a positive, collaborative environment for staff and patients. Travel for meetings and trainings may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years healthcare leadership, clinic management or medical practice operations experience required.
• Experience coordinating front desk and clinical staff workflows.
• Spanish & English bilingual ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Direct front desk and clinical staff scheduling and performance.
• Monitor deposits, payments, and clinic finances as applicable.
• Coordinate with IT, Accounting, Compliance, HR and Maintenance.
• Ensure HIPAA/HITECH, OSHA and NCQA PCMH compliance.
