Job summary

Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center is seeking a Manager I, Clinics to oversee daily operations across one or more clinics. You will lead clinical and administrative staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliant, high‑quality patient care.

Strong leadership and collaboration with physicians and directors are essential to succeed in this role. The position focuses on optimizing workflows, maintaining regulatory standards, and driving improvements in service delivery while building a positive team

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required or four (4)+ years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
Master's Degree preferred for advanced leadership roles.
2-4 years of previous leadership experience preferred
Ability to supervise clinical and administrative staff across departments

Responsibilities

Oversees daily clinic operations to ensure productive, efficient care delivery.
Hires, trains, supervises and evaluates clinical and administrative staff.
Manages accounts receivable/payable and vendor contracts.
Ensures HIPAA compliance and quality control practices.
Develops budgets and monitors expenditures; optimizes workflows.
Collaborates with leadership to coordinate service delivery and drive patient outcomes
