Qualifications

• Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of leadership experience; 1+ year in practice management preferred.
• Knowledge of health care administration, fiscal management, HR, regulations, data reporting, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for physician practice operations.
• Coach and develop team members; promote a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Oversee staffing, workflow, productivity, and day-to-day operations to support efficient patient care.
