Job summary

HCA Healthcare in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a Licensed Clinic Manager to lead daily clinic operations, supervise front office and clinical staff, and ensure high-quality, efficient care. This full-time role emphasizes budget discipline, policy implementation, and constructive staff coaching to support patient satisfaction.

Qualified candidates will have a Medical Assistant program credential or active nursing credential, CPR, and a current MA or LPN/LVN license.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant Program or an accredited school of practical or vocation nursing.
Minimum of two years of experience in a medical office, acute care or outpatient setting.
Minimum of one year supervisory experience in a medical office, acute care or outpatient setting.
CPR Certification required.
Current and Active Medical Assistant certification (RMA, CCMA, CMA, NCMA, NRCMA) or active LPN or LVN license.

Responsibilities

Direct the day-to-day functions of the clinic staff and its programs to ensure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
Establish/implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for the assigned clinical areas.
Manage staff performance and evaluations including supervising, coaching, and disciplinary action for front office and clinical staff.
Monitor and control clinical expenditures to remain within budget.
Assist fiscal management and other administrative staff to develop/implement cost effective policies and procedures for all clinical areas, including billing, insurance, and space planning.
