Responsibilities

• Monitor patient flow and coordinate care to ensure high quality service.
• Open/close clinic, maintain cleanliness, and greet patients professionally.
• Coordinate patient care, answer questions, and guide registration.
• Manage scheduling, billing, payments, and balances as needed.
• Collaborate with HR, oversee staff performance, onboarding, and training.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and support marketing/events as needed.
• Lead materials management, vendor relations, and supplies.
