Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience.
• Ability to lead teams, manage complex operations, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of financial oversight, revenue cycle, and clinic performance metrics.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the clinic's day-to-day operations ensuring alignment with ESP service standards and goals.
• Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and resource optimization across clinical and administrative functions.
• Develop clear accountability across roles and coordinate staff schedules and performance reviews.
• Drive initiatives to improve workflow, access, and efficiency; monitor clinic performance using reports.
• Support onboarding of providers, integration of new services/technologies, and collaboration with HR, Finance, and leadership.
