The role requires driving metrics, coordinating scheduling, and maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Strong candidates have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in healthcare, are proficient with PC systems, and can work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to different software systems.
• Spanish or other languages spoken in communities served are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations at a single primary care clinic.
• Supervise clinical and non-clinical team members and coach staff.
• Ensure patient satisfaction metrics and clinical outcomes meet targets.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, and adherence to SOPs.
• Coordinate scheduling, facilities interactions, and safety protocols.
• Engage with leadership to drive center profitability and community impact.
