Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Buda, TX is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a clinic, drive financial and safety responsibilities, and support families and children with autism.

You will manage 25–50 clinicians, oversee KPIs and budgets, and partner with admissions, clinical directors, and department leaders to ensure high-quality operations.

A bachelor's or master's degree is preferred, with 6+ years of leadership experience and a commitment to excellence in pediatric ABA care.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of managing large teams across multiple sites or districts.
• Go-to leader for clinic operations and safety.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma required as a baseline.
• Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational success by managing KPIs, clinic budgets, and team performance.
• Lead, engage, and retain a team of 25–50 professionals delivering clinical care.
• Build trust with families by providing education and guidance during onboarding.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Clinical Directors, and department leaders to ensure quality operations.
