Job summary

Astria Health is seeking a Clinic Manager to join our Union Gap team. This role will plan, organize, direct and control day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring patient needs and clinic objectives are met.

You will supervise providers and staff, monitor budgets and billing, oversee supplies and inventory, and promote best practices through standardized policies and guidelines. Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management/Healthcare Administration and 3+ years in healthcare are required; English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administrator or equivalent.
• Three or more years of equivalent experience in healthcare or multi-physician practices.
• Oral and written fluency in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and control day-to-day clinic operations.
• Manage providers, supervisors and clinic staff.
• Monitor budget, billing payments and account reconciliations.
• Oversee ordering of medical and office supplies and inventory levels.
• Promote standards of practice through policies, protocols and guidelines.
• Lead quality improvement to support patient- and family-centered care.
• Coordinate across disciplines for high-quality, cost-effective care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
